The front of a pouch introduces the product. The back carries information that helps you use it and identify it. Directions, storage, warnings, and batch references are practical parts of the experience, even when they receive less attention in a campaign photograph.
Our supplied packaging gives the sample batch field a separate space. It is meant to hold identification information, not a promotional code. Keeping that distinction visible helps the product remain understandable after the first impression.
An identifier has a specific job.
A batch reference helps connect an item to the corresponding product information. It does not, by itself, prove every claim made about that product. The documentation and the scope of the work still matter.
When reviewing information, check that the names and references correspond to the item you are asking about. If a field is missing or unreadable, describe that clearly rather than assuming a number from another pouch applies.
Make a question easier to answer.
If you contact the product team about a sample, begin with its exact name. Include the batch reference if one is shown and describe the point you would like clarified. That gives the conversation a useful starting place.
