These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Optimal Beauty website, founding reservation program, checkout experience, subscription offerings, AI protocol tools, and related services.

By using our website, placing a reservation, purchasing a product, or subscribing to an Optimal Beauty plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Optimal Beauty

Optimal Beauty offers cosmetic skincare products and related digital tools designed to support at-home skincare rituals. Our current founding offer includes the GHK-Cu Renewal Patch and related cosmetic protocol guidance.

Our products and digital guidance are intended for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2. Cosmetic Use Only

Optimal Beauty content, product information, skin profile tools, AI protocol recommendations, and customer communications are provided for cosmetic education and routine support only.

You should not use our products on broken, irritated, infected, sunburned, or compromised skin. Do not use the product if you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredient or material used in the product. If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or have a skin condition, consult a qualified professional before use.

3. Founding Reservations and Preorders

Optimal Beauty’s founding product launch is offered as a reservation or preorder. Estimated shipping timing is September 2026, unless otherwise stated during checkout or in customer communications.

Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, testing, supply chain, fulfillment, regulatory, or operational factors. If timing materially changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

4. Product Tiers

Optimal Beauty may offer one-time purchase tiers and subscription tiers.

The Starter Kit is a one-time preorder unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Core and Precision are subscription tiers unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Subscription tiers may include recurring shipments, locked founding pricing, personalized cosmetic protocol access, and other tier-specific benefits described on the website.

5. Billing

For one-time preorder purchases, your selected payment method may be charged at checkout.

For subscription reservations, billing timing will be disclosed during checkout. If a subscription includes a trial or delayed first billing date, recurring billing begins according to the timing shown at checkout and in your confirmation materials.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Optimal Beauty and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms disclosed at checkout.

6. Cancellations and Refunds Before Shipment

You may cancel your founding reservation before shipment for a full refund, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or checkout term.

Subscription customers may cancel before the first shipment or before the first recurring billing period begins, according to the checkout terms and customer support process provided.

7. After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, refund, replacement, and return eligibility may depend on product condition, fulfillment status, hygiene considerations, applicable law, and customer support review.

Because skincare products are personal-use items, we may be unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless required by law or approved by customer support.

8. Subscription Management

Subscription management tools may be made available before the first renewal or shipment cycle. Until self-service tools are available, customers may contact support for subscription changes or cancellation requests.

Optimal Beauty may provide personalized cosmetic-use guidance based on your skin profile, preferences, and routine information.

AI protocol outputs are informational and cosmetic in nature. They are not medical advice and should not replace professional medical guidance. You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations and deciding whether they are appropriate for your skin.

10. Product Information and Batch Documentation

We may provide batch documentation, ingredient information, quality-control notes, or QR-linked product materials when available. Any batch documentation is provided for transparency and informational purposes.

Do not rely on product information as medical, clinical, or diagnostic guidance.
